Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please see shipping & returns section on product page for current production times.  Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. Tracking information will be provided once available.

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@laureauxla.com. We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure.
