Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return your unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at returns@laureauxla.com to initiate return. You will be responsible for shipping cost on all return items. Once we receive your return, refund will be processed within 5 business. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@laureauxla.com. We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure.
